I was born in Taiwan, a small, lush island about twice the size of Hawaii and eleven times smaller than California. Thousands of years of treasures were rescued from the ravages of the Cultural Revolution and the legacies of Chinese traditions were kept alive.

From a very young age, I was exposed to classical Chinese literature, mythology and calligraphy, which I love to this day. I obtained a B.A. in Chinese Literature and a B.A. in Foreign Language and Literature. I move to San Francisco in 2010 to pursue my education in Chinese Medicine and Iyengar Yoga.

Today, I remain active as a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor, a performing classical oboist and a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.

Acupuncture & Chinese Herbs

                                                Safe, Simple, Effective

I believe there are three fundamental elements of a happy, contented life. One, we need to be able to eat, digest and eliminate every day. Two, we need to be able to sleep well. Three, we need a good sex life. Based on these three elements, we build our life and pursue our dreams. However, through stress, unhealthy diet and eating habits, and environment factors make the foundation of our lives unbalanced. Thus, we can experience depression, anxiety, digestive disorder and sexual dysfunction. My mission is to help people build a healthy foundation with happiness and contentment.

Besides safe and efficient pain management, I focus my practice on helping people with issues in the THREE categories above. These are issues related to eating, digesting and eliminating, such as IBS, gastroenteritis, constipation, chronic diarrhea and frequent urination; the reproductive system such as erectile dysfunction, infertility and sexual dysfunction; and issues related to sleeping like insomnia, hypersomnia and overall poor quality of sleep.

I am through, confident and caring. I use acupuncture and herbs together to enhance and prolong the quality and efficacy of each treatment. I provide a peaceful, inviting and pristine space for healing to happen. My office is located in a charming historical building near Alamo Square.
